About La Familia
La Familia is a family of businesses under one roof, run by one management team that plans, staffs and produces every event together.
Our Story
La Familia began with a father who wanted a stage for his daughter. Rather than spend year after year renting rooms for one-off performances, he chose to invest in a space of her own: a place she could grow into, and one their family could build on for years to come.
He invested just as seriously in her training, bringing in highly skilled vocal and performance coaches. In time, those coaches told him something few parents ever hear: there was little left they could teach her, because her talent and discipline had reached their level.
Today, his daughter travels the world performing alongside internationally recognized artists, musicians and vocalists.
What started as one father’s commitment to his daughter has grown into something larger. La Familia is a family of businesses working together under one roof to bring Baltimore together, add to the city’s story and develop talent from Baltimore and from around the world. That story is still being written, and more people discover it every season.

Milestones
From a stage built for one performer to a full-service soundstage and event center for Baltimore.
- May 2019La Familia is founded, and work begins on the space.
- Nov 2019Soft opening, with the first events on our stage.
- Feb 2020Grand opening of La Familia Soundstage and Event Center.
- Mar 2020Weeks after opening, the pandemic paused live events nationwide. La Familia held on and came back ready for Baltimore.
- TodayConcerts, galas, weddings, productions and live streams, plus off-site event services across the region.
