Next Phaze Café is a family-owned Baltimore staple led by the father-daughter duo, Mr. Tony and Tameeka Randall. Together, they have built a legacy centered on resilience, community impact, and authentic Southern hospitality.
Tony Randall (Managing Partner & Co-Owner): A veteran of the Baltimore culinary scene, Tony launched Next Phaze after the closure of his previous venture, Phaze 10, in 2015. He views the café as a catalyst for local economic growth and a hub for soulful community connection.
Tameeka Randall (Co-Owner & Operations Lead): Tameeka drives the café’s day-to-day operations and strategic growth. She famously steered the business through the 2020 pandemic by pivoting to a successful delivery-first model, ensuring their signature Southern dishes reached the community despite industry-wide challenges.
